AMCO held a 3-day Master Class Tour with the renowned Brand Ambassador, Carlos Garcia in Trinidad and Tobago this week.
Carlos Garcia introduced specially invited bartenders and those in the field of bartending to a short history of Bacardi rum and the extensive brand line up owned including Dwards, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, William Lawson.
Training included history and theory of the company and the manufacturing processes as well as the making of cocktails.
