Hakwai Clan hosted the first fete in their 2018 carnival series City Cooler Fete at the Government Campus Courtyard on Saturday night. The vibe was nice, and the ambience welcoming for a night of feting. Live performances included artistes Shal Marshal, Naila Blackman, Second Sta just to name a few. Patrons enjoyed themselves immensely!
