On carnival Saturday, The Rise, Chaguanas was place for celebration as DJ 2nd to Non celebrated 27 years in the industry as well as his birthday. Friends, family, fans and well wishers joined him in this festive time. Entertainment was provided by Anthony Batson, Dappa and Valarie Hill.
