The first official night the Tobago Jazz Experience 2017 kicked off awn a high note with local and international artistes gracing the main stage. Despite a late start, there was no rush as KI and the Band set the tone for the night to come. Patrons to the event had an exciting time dancing, singing and enjoying the set by the first performer. Up next, gracing the stage for the first time, local hip hop artiste Chromatics belted out original hits much to the delight of patrons. Kes the Band continued the hype with an extensive performance. Patrons choose to remain standing throughout the set. Feature artiste for the night, Wyclef Jean delivered an astounding performance, interacting with the crowd both on the general and VIP sections which added to the hype and performance. Closing the show, Mr. Loverman, none other than Shabba Ranks, big artiste of the 90s left people wanting more.
